New Year's Eve CrossFit Team Workout – Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, and Squats
Today we did the “Trevor” workout in CrossFit. The first time I did this I was in a team of 3, which was pretty darn hard. Today I had a team of 5, which wasn’t bad at all. So, yeah, we won. 😉
Warmup:
- Stretches
- A few pull-ups
Conditioning:
Trevor for time (see video below). Formed teams of 4 and 5 and rotated through the reps with each person doing 10 reps at a time.
- 300 Pull-ups (I did 60)
- 400 Push-ups (I did 80)
- 500 Sit-ups (I did 100)
- 600 Squats (I did 120)
Strength:
No strength training today
Cool Down
- Practiced a variety of kipping pull-ups
- Finished up with a protein drink
