I’m on a business trip in NYC. I brought my workout gear and thought I would be able to run in Central Park, but a cold snap hit the city. It’s freezing! So, I decided to do a workout in the hotel. The gym isn’t the greatest, so I made the most of it and actually did a CrossFit workout of the day (WOD) in my eensy, weensy hotel room.
Ran 1 mile on the treadmill and then did some pull-ups and military press weightlifting to warm up.
Conditioning: 1 round for time
300 Mountain Climbers (see video below)
50 Overhead press lunges (25 ea leg)
That was an interesting workout in my small hotel room! I bet my neighbors didn’t appreciate all of my jumping around and noise (especially below). Oh well!
