Here is the CrossFit workout (WOD) that I did this morning.
Mobility WOD to stretch shoulders and hips

7 Squat Cleans
3 Rope Climbs – Finally learning to trust my left hand grip strength. I did hand over hand with no legs up the rope and slowly down to test myself. Now I need to do that every time!
